What Is Parasailing ?
Human have always dreamed to be up in the air like birds. Now parasailing club Bhavnagar, gives a chance to have an exciting experience of flying in air for youngsters.
Enthusiasm of this aero sport of parasailing is one of the cheapest and the safest of all aero sports which permits us to fly in air. The game of parasailing, up till now was exclusively reserved for armed forces and National Cadet Corps is now open to anyone willing to take part and go up to an altitude of approx 100 meters.
The game of parasailing depends only on weight and not on age. The weight limit for this game is 25 kg to 90 kg.
How To Fly ?
Our flying instructor will help you to prepare yourself for flying. This session includes rules and regulation of parasailing, some practical aspect of flying and take off and landing also, and do’s and don’ts of parasailing. So, after this session, you will be confident enough both psychologically and technically for a joyful ride.
There are three main practical part in parasailing launch.
(1) Take Off (2) Flight (3) Landing
Take Off : After a final check of harness, the Jeep driver to move forward and draw rope will tighten. On seeing that the canopy (Parasail) is properly inflated and the sportsman is ready, the controller orders the driver to accelerate. As the canopy fill and tends to lift the designated launcher shouts “GO” and both launchers release the canopy. A Smooth easy take off and climb without excessive speed is safest.
Flight : During flight, the controller is responsible for giving the parasail a smooth ride. The flight of the parasail is controlled the effective speed of the vehicle combined with the wind speed.
Landing : In landing, the vehicle will be slowed down and the canopy allowed to descend. The vehicle should come to a gentle stop when the rider is about two feet from the surface. This will permit the sportsman to descend to a gentle stand up landing.
