TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  • The balance payment is to be paid at least 25 days before the departure of the batch. If the balance payment is not made on time, it would automatically be considered cancelled without any prior intimation and no refund would be given in this regards.
  • Camp may be canceled if there is not enough strength, the actual amount paid by the participant towards the camp will be refunded. No other claims will be entertained.
  • No refund shall be given if the participant terminates the camp at any point due to any reason.
  • SUN ADVENTURES & OUTDOORS reserves the unconditional right to refuse a booking/terminate a participant on the camp in event of unreasonable behavior at any time and no refund will be given in this regard.
  • The amount paid once is not transferable to any other programme or to any other person.
  • Jain food may be served on specific request, subject to availability.
  • In case the camp duration is extended due to unforeseen circumstances, each participant will have to pay Rs.400/- per head, per day to the group leader.
  • It shall be the participant’s responsibility to collect the necessary travel documents from our office on time.
  • The organizers or any individual connected with the camp shall not be held responsible in case of any accident or any unforeseen natural calamity.
  • In any case of injury or severe illness whereupon the participant has to admit to the hospital or sent back by flight or any other means of transport, then those charges shall be entirely borne by the parents and the expense has to be deposited at the office immediately.
  • Organisers will not be responsible towards any internal disputes arising with fellow participants.
  • We are not bound to provide name, address or any other personal details of other participants.
  • The organizers shall not be held responsible for loss/theft of the participant’s luggage and belongings.
  • SUN ADVENTURES & OUTDOORS reserves the right to use the participant’s name, information, and photographs in promotional materials, brochures and press releases.

I would like to enroll myself/my ward to participate in the nature/adventure camp organized by you. I am aware of the risks inherent in the camp involving adventure sports/activities during the programme as well as travelling organized and conducted by SUN ADVENTUERS & OUTDOORS.

I hereby state that I/my ward is participating in these adventure sports/activities of my own free will and consent, understand and agree that SUN ADVENTURES & OUTDOORS take all the necessary precautions to minimize the risk and avoid any accidents and ensure safe participation in these adventure sports/activity and are not responsible for any mishaps that may occur while participating.

I have read the above statement and fully understand its contents. I realize and agree that the same serves as an agreement of release and assumption of risk on myself.

I declare that the terms and conditions mentioned have been explained & interpreted to me in my vernacular language and agree to abide by them. I realize and agree that the same serves as an agreement of release and assumption of risk on myself.
